Marketing lead for Hummus Bar at Bangatan 8 — Sveriges första hummus bar, opened in 2014 by Ilan Shofer and run today by his son Jonatan. I plan, shoot, and edit the photo and video around launches, dishes, and events — handed over ready to post, with light PR on top. First job was a private lunch for twelve: every dish plated, the room documented from first arrivals to last glass — a memory, not a commercial.
